Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via DHL.
Delivery Times
- European Union: Up to 5 business days from dispatch
- Worldwide: Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location
Shipping Costs
- European Union: Free shipping on orders over 250 PLN (or the local currency equivalent). Flat rate of 50 PLN (or the local currency equivalent) on orders below 250 PLN outside of Poland. Deliver in Poland has a flat rate of 15 PLN.
- Worldwide: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided for every order once dispatched, so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Shipment Insurance All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, please contact us at sales@silverleafcrafthouse.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Duties & Customs (Outside the EU) For orders shipped outside the European Union, any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and are determined by your local customs authority.
